Anyone living in Excelsior Springs knows, we love a parade! Today the Excelsior Springs Christmas Committee kicked off the holiday season here in Downtown Excelsior with an Elf Factory, Lighted Parade, Pictures with Santa, Mayoral Christmas Tree Lighting, and celebration at the Hall of Trees in the Hall of Waters.
Whether it’s hanging lights and decorations around town or throwing pancake fundraisers in July, the Christmas Committee works hard year round, making us appreciate the holidays in our community that much more! Thanks to all the volunteers!

The storefronts in the downtown are beautiful for the holidays! Here’s Blue Raddish Art Co-op.

Great turnout for our parades in the downtown. The evening was warm, yet damp from the rain earlier in the day. It made a nice gathering.

The ES Police Dept and Fire Dept led the way!

The Christmas Parade is a lighted parade, always done at night and with plenty of lights!

This pup was enjoying the sights!
